Heartfelt thank you for everyone who took care of our car yesterday. Much as we love our conversion van, it does present some unique problems with flat tires. Not only did they replace the tire and the driver's side windshield, but after AAA took the car there, Discount arranged to drive it back to our house. I can't thank them enough for the outstanding service.
Good selection and some Awesome people. Great customer service. We had some difficult issues and Ian and John stayed late and got us back on the road!
Stopped in today to look at some rims and John was very helpful, showed me the rim I was looking at in person.
The crew was in the shop working with their music blaring and sounded like they were having the time of their lives. It was heartwarming to hear and see them having so much fun at work on a Saturday.
They were able to get me in quickly and back on the road with my new rims. Will definitely be coming back.
Good service, good turn-around times. I needed one trailer tire out of the blue, I pulled in and these guys had me back on the road in under 2 hours. Major bonus: they did not make me disconnect my RV.
Communication, professionalism, service oriented. I very much appreciated the suggestions for tires. The ones we wanted, there were only 2 in stocks they presented us the next best option available to us. The time they estimated to install, when we were walk ins on a Saturday was fairly quickly. We even had our dog with us. They apprised us of how long the service would be by text message. After we picked up the car, the tire gauge would not turn off. We brought the car back and they took care of it expeditiously!. This is our go to place for tires!
